The Founder

Amok Yoga's clothing is all personally designed by Monica Mok and manufactured in her own factory, ensuring that the garments are best suited for yoga practice. Monica is a senior yoga instructor who is one of the few in Hong Kong to hold a 500-hour certificate from the American Yoga Alliance. She is also the founder of the yoga school AMOK YOGA Academy (HK), dedicated to training more professional yoga instructors.

Amok Yoga (HK) Academy is officially recognized as a Registered Yoga School (RYS-500) by the Yoga Alliance (USA).

Notably, it is one of only 17 yoga schools in Hong Kong* to hold this prestigious qualification. Students who successfully complete the training are eligible to become Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, a certification that is recognized and respected globally.
